By downloading, installing, or using the DoseMate application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
DoseMate offers subscription-based premium features ("DoseMate Pro"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The App is intended to help you organize and track your medication schedule. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoseMate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoseMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
